I think the question about Milder's clothes is a fair one. Is he wearing armor or just a gray shirt?
God, it's so obviously armour. What kinda retard would walk around in a giant metal-like sweater with shoulder guards and metal hand-work? It's look weird! Some half-sweater-armour hybrid. Besides, he's a Soldier, why would he wear normal clothes? Look, the sprite has shiny-ness!
The shininess is actually white paint splotches because he was painting his house before setting out, and he had to leave in a hurry and didn't have time to change. And hey, it's a foreign land in a different time. Of course their clothes look weird! I mean, he's wearing a skirt!
That's actually a tunic, or perhaps a chainmail shirt.
I'm pretty sure it's his skin. He's made of titanium. That's why he was always afraid of water. He knew he would sink like a titanium stone.

Actually, when Dink was feeding the pigs, he came to Dink to boast that he joined King Daniel's knights.
