I've recently found Morrowind on PC, but can't run it due to it being so old and scratched. How can I move all the files off of it to another disc so I can run it off the new disc?

I actually got a new disc working, but just now I tried to play it, and it says I need the disc.

Guess you should use a crack without feeling guilty because you already bought it.

It's not the torrent, it's the fact that I need the CD to play it, not just the files.

Try it from a different torrent site.

If the crack didn't work, maybe you used the wrong region crack? Is your CD's region code US, EUR or JP?

Well ... is it an ISO file? You can open it with UMDGen (yes, it's meant for PSP but works on other ISOs) and go to the properties tab. There will be something like NJPH-xxxx or SLUS-xxxx or NEUH-xxxx and you can tell the region from the letters.

Well, no. It's from the original disc.

I should assume the region code is US though.

Now the no-cd thingy. I need that.

There is no video folder, and the "Generic Patch" thingy doesn't exist.

Now I tried every crack I can find. None of them work.

If you have an ISO file then download a disc imaging software. Like Daemon tools or Power ISO. The softwares, once installed, would make a virtual drive. You can mount the ISO file on the virtual drive, this would trick the game into thinking that you have the disc.

Huh, so that's what DAEMON Tools is. I though it was a security thing my older brother downloaded.

Yeah, the lightning icon does make it seem security program-ish!
