Windinkedit and visual c++

Just wanted to know, if someone knows what environment is/was needed to develop windinkedit, or how to setup it, please?

Oh, NOW YOU'VE DONE IT!

It's probably Visual Studio .NET or vc6. Modern versions should work as well.
