Does any one know how to desifer the goblin code in World of DinkC

Search around for little letters/pieces of paper. They have 3 Possible goblin codes on them

You have to pick the right one with each piece of paper. You can find them in certain buildings and cellars

Where do you find the 3rd note? I only found 2 of them ( the first 2). Please help.

There are two codes on papers/letters and for the third, you have to ask a goblin with papers if you're allowed to look at them.

Hint: Go to the building after you left the underground part of the prison.

Oh...I see. I saw the papers but didn't know how to get them.

Where do you find the first Goblin Code?
I've managed to find the second and third but not the first?
Could you help me with that?

If I remember correctly one is on the Goblin Gaurds desk right as you come out of the prison, one upstairs in the Goblin training place, and one on the floor in the goblin sleeping quarters.
