Any good bands?
Can anyone suggest any good bands? preferably Metal, rock or hardcore bands.
Bands I listen to:
Slayer
Slipknot
Avenged sevenfold
Metallica
And lots of other bands along those lines.
Please no one suggest anything like rap, techno, hip hop or anything else along those lines because I do not like that kind of music.

Gary Moore is indeed awesome with the guitar but don't let that shadow his great singing skills.

Yeah he is indeed a great singer too! He's a really underrated artist...
I don't like shrieky loud music. I do listen to moderate songs, but not too loud or mettalic.

There are two things I have to say now.
One, is that he you are talking about sucks balls in my, and seemingly quite a few Dinker's, opinions. He's probably licking your balls as we speak for your comments.
Secondly, and I loathe to post this, but it was an interesting read even though the guy he's talking about sucks:
"I've noticed something interesting lately, with the Internet frenzy over Justin Bieber's movie trailer. Both /Film and Mashable reported on the trailer with a heavy dosage of scorn. In the latter's case, with so much scorn I almost started to feel bad for what I'm about to reveal. (Obviously, I do not.)
I am a fan of Justin Bieber. It's understandable people get snooty over music tastes, it's happened for a long time, but this particular case is interesting. The people who like Justin Bieber (the target demographic of teenagers, aka, me) like him. The older people go so far as to say they "hate him" and think his music is entirely irrelevant. This is a frequent observation. It even came up on a podcast I once watched (something to do with that Digg thing) which led me to stop watching it, having lost respect. Is a 30 year old going to enjoy the Bieb's music? There's a very good chance they won't. Does that mean the music is bad, and needs to be "wiped from the face of the Earth"? Of course not. For the genre, I feel the music is among the best, but let's not get into that.
What I don't understand is why people clearly outside of target demos fail to have the self-awareness to appreciate this. A choice comment from that blog post: "Somebody seriously has to stop what this world is becoming." How is this attitude justifiable? Should teenagers all be listening to oldies like Bon Jovi and The Rolling Stones, because they're 'legit'? I don't listen to that music. You don't listen to the youth generation of today's music. But I don't go around saying Bon Jovi or The Rolling Stones make crap music.
Obviously I'm not saying he's to everyone's tastes, there are certainly teenagers who partake in this musical snobbery as well. But the core message I'm trying to say here is that people seem to be too quick to cast judgement on music just because it doesn't appeal to them. Well duh: it's not targeted to appeal to you. For the people it appeals to (and yes, it is mostly teen girls) it sells like hotcakes. The financial success is obviously undeniable, hence a biopic movie. Surely then, this financial success should be a hint that for the audience he makes music for, he's good?
I don't intend to influence anyone's music tastes, nor expect anyone to try to influence mine. Can't we all just learn to get along? After all, isn't peace what The Beatles wanted?! I will say though, if you think the music's useless, you have probably never been in a club with Eenie Meenie playing."
