Loading
How do I create a new Loading screen? I checked Dinky Dimension FIAT and Legend of Tengin and I still don't get it.
splash.bmp in the TILES folder of is the loading screen for a DMOD. Just place a new splash.bmp in there and that should work.
I made such a great EvilDink 2 D-Mod. When I tried that way of changing the loading screen and ran it, itturned out to be a bunch of prurple, pink and grey pixels and then crashed there. I couldn't fix it so I had to ditch the D-Mod.
that possibly just means you have not got the colour pallet right DD, it does that when you use more colours than wee Dink can handle, just redo the picture not the entire dmod you have either 8 or 24 bit picture and dink likes 4 bit - to fix reduce the colours and it should be fine with no weird coloured pics
