Minor Issue...
This has been a problem for many years, though it isn't too serious or anything it's more of an aesthetic feature... The timezones are three hours out, and there is no DST setting, so in summer it is two hours out and reverts to three hours out in winter...
I'm sure someone said something about this a year ago, so I don't expect anything but it would be good if this could be solved.

That actually would probably be nice, I don't know how long it took me to figure out how to get a timezone that actually had the right time for me after all.
