This is another review of a terrible DMOD. This one is a DMOD by a ghost called Jeremy Moore.
Story
Dink has to fight a bonca.

Sound
There is absolutely no music here. I'm guessing since this is Jeremy's first DMOD, he knew nothing about importing sound. Same goes to the title screen.

Mapping and Scripting
The Mapping: The maps here are completely uninteresting, and have no detail. You start out in a clearing, and next, your in a cave with the bonca. There are some very bad hardness errors here. If you choose to skip the tutorial, you will be stuck in the first part of the cave. If you go through the tutorial, you can fight the bonca.
The Scripting: The error I mentioned above in my Mapping section might have had to do with the scripting. This is the error here:

//This script is attached to an inanimate object in the room.
void main(void)
{ //first time entry into game
freeze(1); sp_dir(1,8);
say_stop_xy("`!Welcome to Keepers Short Adventure.", 10, 370);
say_stop_xy("`!We are going to begin with a Tutorial.", 10, 370);
say_stop_xy("`!You may skip the tutorial if you wish..", 10, 370);
wait(200)
choice_start()
"Yes"
"No"
choice_end()
say_stop_xy("Do this by walking to the left. I will meet you there.", 20, 380);
}

Since the choices do not do anything, selecting Yes will proceed with the tutorial, but also selecting No will also do the tutorial, but throw you into the dungeon. When you are fighting the bonca, he has no script attached, so, you can't beat the bonca. You can however, skip this battle, because there is no screenlock. When you go upstairs, you are on an island and nothing else happens.

Replay value
Changed the name of this section because I said so. About the game though, there is nothing to say here.

Overall and Final Comments
There is really not much to say about this game, because there is no story, and no challenge. So overall this could be worse than ABCdefg...

Yes a short piece of work. Not worth bothering with. 6 screens with a tutorial option. I mean, really, what dinker doesn’t know about playing how to move and fight in Dink when they get round to playing a DMOD. Lame and a waster of time.

I wonder why this is called a short adventure, since it looks more like a tutorial to me. A tutorial about the basics of playing Dink Smallwood: how to walk (by using the arrow keys), how to attack (by using Ctrl) and how to go down a hole (just walk to the hole).

There is no storyline, the map consists of six screens, there is no music, the title screen does not even have a title (it is the standard one of Skeleton B) and no conversation but a narrator telling you the abovementioned.

You can choose to skip the tutorial, but then you are stuck on a screen and you can not fight the monster. When you do not skip the tutorial, you can fight the monster, but the monster does not move and after that you are on a screen with no exit.

The author states that the D-mod he wanted to make would be so long he could never finish it, and that is why he made this one. I wish he would have spared himself that trouble too.

Well what can you say , it's a demo.

For as far as I played the game contains 6 screens.
No new music
No new graphics (a nice bloody screen though that deservers +2)

The target of the game is erm... none. (story = none)
You have the choice of taking the tutorial on how to move dink around. (+2)
Then you have to beat the sh*t out of a brown bonca that cannot die.
The game doesn't have a real ending or announcement, you have to make that up for yourself. (-1)

Short, for a first DMOD Demo it's ok so I give it a 3
