Purpose: This is a front end to run D-mods.

Installation: Just run the programme and an installation wizard will guide you through the installation.

Use: There are several options. You can run, edit or delete a D-mod (you only delete the name from the list, the D-mod will still be on your computer). You can make a new folder for a new D-mod, and run the original Dink Smallwood. The shell is surveyable, but if you need some help, you can click on help.

Good: It is very easy to install and it has quite some possibilities.

Not so good: There is no uninstall option, which is a big disadvantage. After you have selected a D-mod, the cursor changes into a big stop sign, which make it harder to select another D-mod. When creating a new folder for a new D-mod, you only have the empty folders and the dink.ini and hard.dat file. You need to click more buttons then in the original to get a D-mod running, which seems unnecessary. With the option 'get new Addons' you are supposed to download D-mods from Dink Source, but whether you are or are not online, it always give a runtime error and after that the programme closes automatically.

Overall: I wonder if the extra options in this programme are useful or necessary. When creating a new D-mod, Skeleton B is more complete, when downloading a D-mod, the DN has it all, and when you want to run a D-mod, the original front end is easier.

Fit for: If you want a front end with more possibilities then the original.
