i had just finished playin this game a few weeks ago so i still had my old save games... i replayed this part and after talking to crestaceous, you have to talk to myrddin and let him know you have to get her pregnant, he then tells you to kill the 3 red scorpions and drink their blood. If you keep talking to him about killing the scorpions he will just tell you kill them as fast as possible. I then went back to where the scorpions are when you first enter this land and as soon as i killed them with the sword it said i drank its blood. there are no special things you need to do other than to kill the scorpion. so if this is not happening for you i would try reloading a previous save game and trying again..talking to crusty and myrddin before killing the scorpions... good luck
