He meant godely should look at him self first. I agree: Being young doesn't mean you don't have anything useful to add. Stereotyping is just a way of making one's self feel better by oversimplifying matters. But, on the other side of the argument, young folks should try not to reinforce stereotypes by using vulgarities, finger pointing, and name-calling instead of valid arguments. (Not pointing fingers here, just saying.)
