Oh, right!! Yeah, actually, I've distroyed him too.
The only one I can think of who I haven't killed yet is Thumpy, but even he keeps coming back to life each time I leave the screen and come back to it. Unless of course there was another way of killing him.
And yes the goblin miner who obsessively spins on level 7 does seem indestructible. Perhaps he's the 82nd one?
