2) Maybe the text is supposed to be yellow since the duck riding the bonca is a reference to Revenge of the Ducks. The duck was one of the main characters there and he had a yellow voice.
3) Its really supposed to be nohit. In this D-Mod it may not matter a lot because the biggest reason for setting grass and other small sprites to nohit is to avoid them from destroying your missiles witch would really be annoying if your map is very decorated. It wouldn't make sense to be able to hit a bit of grass while Dink clearly punches above the grass.
