I am having this problem also. I have seen Mandrake, and have learned all he can teach. I have also asked him about the SoB fragment. I do not get any options to ask him anything else. At the dolmen, I have tried all I can think of, but still get the response 'you can't get blood from a stone.' So I tried to turn it to an insect but cannot. What am I missing?
