Download accelerator/download manager. Probably, if you don't know what it is, you haven't got any.
I went to the IE help but couldn't find what ur talking bout. here's what I am doing when trying to d/l dry: click on either fileplanet or wcnet. Real Download pops up and either gets the "file not found" or " Authentication required", which goes back to my original question.
Try clicking on 'log in' or better 'sign up'. You have to fill in the form before you can get an account (that's the 'sign up' thingie about). If you already have one, and it won't allow you to download, then click on 'log in', since that's what you then need to do (i.e. log in) before you can download.
Or try the help function on the page you encounter the problem on. Perhaps that'll help.
