Dink Smallwood doesn't run on my comp

I've got a new comp, it's ace, but Dink won't run. I installed from cd-rom, and I get the message 'couldn't find the file avi/iridon.wav'. That .wav file however is in the avi directory. I've got Windows XP.

Any ideas? Thanks.
