i know nothing about graphics or C++ but if you need a good background story just give me a genre & names of characters you want to be in it & i can create a short story to base a d-mod upon (disclaimer:results will not be immediate)given what ive seen of dmods there is usually one story then alot of little ones so i could do that but it will take longer, if you wish to make a request i made a thread called "i can help with storys".
