If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
1)In the develop\ folder, there's a compile.exe and a compall.bat.
2)Preferably cut these two and paste them on a new folder,
3)then copy your .c scripts on the new folder,
4)Run the compall.bat,
5)get their .d compiled counterparts,
6)and you're done!
