The Arbiter will be useing this glowing dark sword
so I will need the graphics of him swinging the sword.
But if you do the Arbiter with the sword you will have
to finish all the sequences I need for the arbiter
because I do not want 2 or more different designs for
him.
I will need the Idle, walk, and, death
sequences for him.
If someone else wants to draw the Arbiter
I can send them the copy of the sword
and they can make him, and add the sword
attack sequence in.
