If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
A "C:\Program does not exist" error point towards the fact that you forgot to put the entire shortcut path between double quotes. If you forget them, Windows will try to use MS-DOS friendly 8.3 files, which means a max of 8 characters for a file/folder name and no spaces.
You'd better delete that shorctut and do this instead:
1. Right-click on the desktop. Select new > shortcut.
2. Browse to the dink.exe in the wizard you get. Click next.
3. Enter a nice name for the shortcut. For example, "Outlander". Click Finish.
4. Go to the shortcut's file properties (right-click > properties) and put double quotes around the the file's location (only if it doesn't have it already).
5. Add your command line parameters (-truecolor-gameoutlanddemo2) at the end of the path, AFTER the last double quote.
I'm not sure if you can do step 4 and 5 together with step 2. If so, it'll save you some steps. Enjoy.
