After I give the Good Will Sign to the man in the Haunted Forest, he teaches me Iceball Magic. The problem is that once I learn this, it does not appear in my inventory so I have no way of using it. Is this what's supposed to happen? >
I thought it might be a missing file so I downloaded and re-installed it again, but I still don't learn Iceball Magic. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't enter the dungeon now to retrieve the artifact and am stuck in my game. Thanks for any help.
