Reply to can't get to the Machine

I'm having a problem getting to the machine after I've killed the Archer. I'm at the spot where the rocks have fallen, they block the way to the machine. Also, I'm getting a wierd audio problem in all of the screens in that area. It's like a really high pitch squeeky sound.
