That's common computer knowledge. Drive X on which Dink is installed, then the folder in which Dink is installed, and in there, the develop folder, and in there, tut1.txt.
EDIT: look for The Rudiments Of Scripting. It's quite a good DinkC tutorial D-Mod, and easier than Dink Goes Boating.
