Well I'll just tell you exactly what you need to do. Enter the training grounds, go downstairs, talk to the guard, talk to the left statue and get in, take the scroll, go back to the guard and talk to him (talk to the statue again to get through), go to the statue above you and talk to it, go get the scroll there, talk to the guard again, talk to the statue on you right and get the scroll, talk to the guard, then talk to the guy upstairs, then go see the king. Got it?
EDIT: If you have done all that go south in the training ground to see a wizard blowing up a rock then go tell the king.
