Ciel (meaning sky in French) may refer to:
- a tincture in heraldry, also called bleu celeste or celeste (sky-blue)
- Ciel, a commune of the Saône-et-Loire département, in France
- Ciel is also the name a main female character in the Mega Man Zero games.
- There also exists a vampire hunter named Ciel in the graphic novel Tsukihime, as well as the game Melty Blood.
It doesn't even mention Center for International Environmental Law
