If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Go to dmods, go to the one you want to download. Scroll down when you get to file planet; the first links are personal whatevers and you need to sign up for them. Public ones are below these. When I first tried to download dmods, i clicked one the personal, and of course it didn't work. So scroll down and use the public ones.
