Any fool can use a computer. Many do. 
And then, knowledge is relative.. knowing your way around in a specific OS is different than knowing what the system does to present you all those buttons and files I mean really, considering all (and by this, I mean all) the things that need to be done to calculate, say, 1 + 1 in the Calculator anno 2006, it's pretty amazing computers have become the machines they are today
