If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Live without the internet for a while and save up for a half worthit connection. At least DSL or cable if your feeling adventurous.
Otherwise I can't help you. I had dial up at one time with my local phone company...it worked fine and was relatively cheap...maybe the same would work in your case
