I have a tendency to say things that make me sound a lot stupider than I actually am.
For example...
Me: I like it when the moon looks like that.
Sister: Like what?
Me: Like THAT(points at moon).
Sister: You mean when it looks like it's in front of the clouds behind it?
Me: Yeah.
Or...
Me: Guess what?!
Brother: What?!
Me: I now have three sets of earrings!
Brother: You mean three pairs or three in each ear?
Me: Uh...(considers this)Three in each ear. In the same place.
