Can't say much about it, the minimal detail doesn't reveal the whole story (like there have been rumors in the past about the band members treating Tarja unkindly, which could've triggered Tarja's 'husband' to tell her to be more assertive, hmm) - and their site seems to be down as well. (Edit: there's a lightweight version running now)
As Tarja's the female vocal of the band, they'll either need a new female vocal that fits within the band's style or they'll need to continue without a female vocal (hard, as lots of their current songs use Tarja as main vocal).
