It all depends on the questions, how would you guess the axes/knives from the earlier story with the shoes? None of that was given, while I even gave you the fact he had a package, of which the content could be easily guessed. But yeah, people always get conspicious with packages that it might contain a bomb or something... not my fault 
And if the few persons (scratcher, BeheadedDuck and cypry, and occasionally some other people) who are actually guessing agree, I'll tell it. It's time for someone else anyway. But I think that if you interpret "something great to make food of" another way, you'll be a lot closer to the answer
