Any fool can use a computer. Many do. 
In the list of D-Mods, click on a D-Mod's name. Then, you see in the left corner, "Download from:" and click on any of the three icons to download the D-Mod. Then you'll also need this file to install them. And then, you need the DinkFrontEnd to play them
