Where is the Live duck?

I've driven myself crazy in trying to find the live duck. I've got all the other eight items for the witch, not got the light sword yet, but know the entrance to the castle. I also have not bought the 5 peices of the staff yet from Isaac. Please help me... I've already pulled out 300,000 strands of hair in this game.
But otherwise... I ABSOLUTLEY admire this D-Mod, considering the amount of effort you put into it.
