Since you put up a new system of word descriptions regarding different scores of reviews and some (or most) of the previous reviews do not really follow the new guideline, I would suggest that you put in a sortable feature in each column in personal info page. So people can sort the scores of each member's reviews. To make it even better, if you log in, a new column of "modify score" would appear in the end of each reviewed file. The reviewer then can modify his scores accordingly. No need to be validated again.

That would also help a reviewer to see if his standard shifts and to have a more consistant review basis.

A sortable feature should be extremely easy since it's exactly the same as the one you have in the file lists. About the modifying scores by the reviewers without changing the content of the review... I don't know how easy or difficult for you.
