I've reloaded the game 3 times and get stuck there every time as soon even though I've killed the girl and the guy. Headless Lord Duck runs off the bottom of the screen at the beginning of the fight sequence and pencilhead wizard poofs away. So there's no one left to fight after killing the two others.
