my brother was a little caught up in the whole Y2K thing, so yes, it is true. you can make pipe bombs, flame throwers, firebombs, and other such things with common household items and/or dangerous materials that disgruntled kmart employees are stupid enough to sell to 15 year old kids.

anyway, a couple years back i found a sound clip of that quote on the internet under "good morning vietnam." maybe its like a war movie clique or some are alluding to whatever.
