Well, people will use both sides of their brain to function normally. A left handed person might be able to compose music and communicate emotions, but it is by no means a guarantee. Paul McCartney may be left-handed, but Lennon is just as good and right-handed. McCartney also went on to record horrible music, so he doesn't have a perfect track record or anything. If you don't know what parts generally do what, I'll give a simplified breakdown: Left side has the normal thinking, identifying, and problem solving. Right side has basically emotional type things.
