If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I would recommend using DinkEdit. By all means, use WinDinkEdit if you ever need to delete a screen, but generally speaking, DinkEdit is the most user friendly (in my opinion).
I ONLY use DinkEdit though. And it does me nicely.
