Ah, it sounds like you have the debug mode on. Now, I don't have Dink installed on my computer, but I think I remember that there's a checkbox in the Dink Front End that says something like "Save debug to log file" or like that. Just uncheck that and those little boxes and comments at the top should no longer appear.
