Yup, these countries get hit by suicide bombers and instead of trying to stop the very attacks we have been fighting against, they get scared and kitty up. Just like if someone hits you in the face, what are you going to do, beat that ass, or run? Way to show your country has balls.
I never said we would be fully pulling out of Iraq, hell, we are still in korea. We are allready reducing number in certain career feilds, but slightly increasing others. They still need help structuring their military and thats what our primary job is while there (that and defending them).
