Won't happen and where the fudge did you get this info from? I know a few people who work in the pentegon and I ahve heard nothing remotly close to this.
BTW, the Air Froce just CUT 12,000 soldiers and the Army and marines will cut a few themselves. What makes you think they are going to draft when they are cutting?
