I just think sometimes people don't go very far with their musical tastes, they just stick the most well-known and critically acclaimed bands. Everyone has heard of Nirvana, but do you know the Pixies? Have you heard the Melvins? How about the Jesus Lizard (you can't tell me that "Then Comes Dudley doesn't sound a lot like "Milk It")? You should all start listening to Gang of Four(I'm positive that you all will just toss aside my advice).
