when my dad was growing up, he had 4 brothers. he shared a room with a brother. his brother would see monsters sometimes, like a shadow that would come out of the wall and choke/scratch him. my dad was too scared to look because he thought he would see it and it would attack him... but nobody else in the family would see it.
later on, my dad was at his grandpas house, lying on the bed, when he saw a demon and it was like choking him. i have very few details about this, cause my dad is scared to crap of it, and he still sleeps with his lights on.
my dads mom practiced witchcraft and shoot like before my dad grew up.
