(Comparing the amount of good games of both generations I'd have to say 16 bit. But some of the good 128 bit games are sometimes better than the 16 bit games.)

(GBA)
17- Neverwinter Knights or Morrowind?
(Neverwinter I guess. Don't like it THAT much, but I've taken one look at Morrowind and decided that's not my stuff.)

(Making d-mods and preferably finishing them, which I have yet to succeed at.)
