With the proper plugins (included), It is compatible with AIM (Oscar and TOC protocols), ICQ, MSN Messenger, Yahoo, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, and Zephyr networks. And, it's fully skinnable, works on many different platforms (Linux, BSD, MacOS X, and Windows, and Qtopia (Sharp Zaurus and iPaq)). It also includes the best of features from all of the clients, such as file sharing, buddy icons, buddy pounce, buddy ticker, iconify on away, and more. It's neato.
