Does Seth consider recoloring the original images so that other hair colors and skin tones with in the dmad infringement since it is a mod on the original game? Unfortunately altering the colors (batch editing) seems to make other places on the character get recolored, so they look strange, but is it enough of a modification to be considered ok? I wouldn't be claiming them as my own. I just wanted them to be consistent with the game because adding characters makes them look weird in comparison to the original game. I'm confused by the internet search I made to try and find out.
