It is possible to host your own repository for Flatpak which some projects tend to do that and only include dependencies that are not in the runtime.

Alternatively having an official github/gitlab page would also be helpful as ya can automate the software compiling which ya can link to it and if someone requests it, replace freedink packages that are still included in popular distros with yeoldedink instead.
