Thanks for this... I am using it, so will update the hard.dat file I guess.

Just a question, how did you do all the new hardness? Did you use an image that somehow got parsed into .dat info, or did you have to manually re-edit each 50x50 square?

I'm hoping the first and you can explain how. I'd like to edit hardness for tiles, especially now that why have support for 600x550 size. I was hoping there is some nifty way to take an image and get it cut up into the hardness tiles without having to manually draw in WDED+
