If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.

Hmm, this doesn't seem to work for me in Windows 10... I tried adding the environment variable from Martridge and it didn't do jack. I tried all the options you listed plus the ones on the SDL website
Edit: I'm a dumbass, I just noticed I have a space in the env var name....... Yup! It works now!
