If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
You can configure Windows to always presume you want to choose Private (or public) network, which would avoid the pop-up.
This can sometimes be an issue if it defaults to public and there are untrusted computers on the same network. It can also create a small headache if it defaults to Private, when public is preferred. At the same time, each access point will create it's own profile key as shown in my previous post, and you can change it there if you need to.
